
Too much of exercise is harmful for health. The six-pack and eight-pack may look good and pretty impressive but it’s motivating many youngsters to pump or do it vigorously without knowing its impact. They become addict to the exercise. Looking at the models, actors the youngsters are carried away by them and work out for long time which is absolutely bad for their health. They don’t know how much time to spend and what is good and bad. It’s an alarming problem in recent days and many such cases come to the physicians. The doctors and physicians advices that exercise must not been done beyond their capacity. If so the muscles become weak due to heavy and vigorous exercise. There may be damage to tendons, ligaments, bones, cartilage and joints. So people are cautioned to timely exercise and not overdoing and beyond their capacity. Exercise is good but overdoing may land up in some problem.
